Welcome to the anxiety antidote!
I'm Andrea, a fully trained anxiety & breathwork coach, with over 400 hours of personal training. Breathwork & somatics have helped me to practically eliminate migraines and IBS, by helping me to connect to my body and understand the signals my body sends when it needs me to slow down!
The antidote to anxiety is the present moment.
Anxiety is created when we worry about things that are yet to happen - we time travel like Dr Who!
In this workshop I will explain how anxiety is created in the brain, how this impacts our body and how we can interrupt this downward cycle by using our breath and body based techniques, called somatics.
The body techniques are very gentle and can be done by anyone, regardless of fitness level.
Let me guide you with how to solve anxiety & stress.
